The European Central Bank (ECB) is the central bank responsible for the monetary policy of the Eurozone, which includes 19 of the 27 European Union member states. It aims to maintain price stability by controlling inflation and supporting economic growth and job creation within the Eurozone. The ECB primarily serves the citizens and economies of the Eurozone member states.
