Non-alcoholic gin

Non-alcoholic gin is a beverage that's designed to look and taste like gin, but has a low or no alcohol content. Non-alcoholic gins are made with many of the same ingredients as traditional gin, such as juniper berries, coriander, angelica root, citrus peels, and herbs and spices. However, non-alcoholic gins undergo more distillation cycles than traditional gins to remove alcohol while retaining the flavors. After distillation, water is added to create the final product.
