Revenue based finance

Revenue-based financing (RBF) is a method of raising capital where a business pledges a percentage of its future revenues in exchange for immediate funding. Investors receive a portion of the company's revenues at a pre-established percentage until a certain multiple of the original investment has been repaid. This type of financing is often used by companies that have predictable revenue streams and prefer not to give up equity or take on traditional debt.
