This refers to a variant of wine where the alcohol content has been reduced to less than 0.5 percent by volume. The reduction is typically achieved through processes like reverse osmosis or the use of a spinning cone. Despite the low alcohol content, it retains most of the taste and aroma characteristics of regular wine.
