Shoe insert

Often referred to as foot orthosis, insoles, or inner soles, these removable items are placed inside shoes for a variety of reasons. Made from materials such as foam, gel, cork, and leather, each type offers unique benefits. They can be custom-made and are typically designed to fit a range of shoe sizes.
