Simulated reality

This refers to a hypothetical scenario where reality could be simulated—often digitally—to a degree indistinguishable from 'true' reality. It could contain conscious minds which may or may not be fully aware that they are living inside a simulation. This concept is often explored in science fiction and philosophical debates.
