Originating from the Nguni group, siSwati or Swati is a Bantu language. It is predominantly spoken in Eswatini and South Africa by the Swati people. The language boasts approximately 4.7 million speakers, inclusive of those who use it as a first or second language. It has diverse forms such as Signed Swazi and employs various writing systems like the Latin-based Swazi alphabet, Swazi Braille, and Ditema tsa Dinoko.
