Narcissistic abuse

Narcissistic abuse refers to the emotional, psychological, and sometimes physical abuse inflicted by someone with narcissistic traits or Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). This type of abuse often involves manipulation, gaslighting, lack of empathy, and control tactics, leading to significant psychological harm to the victim. It primarily affects individuals in close relationships with the abuser, such as romantic partners, family members, or colleagues.
