WebCodecs

Providing web developers with low-level access to individual frames of a video stream and chunks of audio, WebCodecs is an API that is particularly useful for web applications requiring full control over media processing. This includes applications such as video or audio editors, and video conferencing. It allows access to codecs already present in the browser, including raw video frames, audio data chunks, and images.
