Additive manufacturing

This process, often referred to as 3D printing, involves creating three-dimensional objects from digital models. It is achieved by depositing, joining, or solidifying material under computer control, usually layer by layer. Contrary to subtractive manufacturing, it adds material rather than removing it, hence the name.
