Brown noise

Often compared to the sound of a strong wind or a river's current, Brown noise, also known as Brownian or red noise, is a type of signal noise. It is produced by Brownian motion, a random particle movement named after botanist Robert Brown. This noise is characterized by a decrease in higher frequencies, creating a deep, calming sound often used in sound therapy and sleep aids.
