Eleat

The Early Life Exposure Assessment Tool (ELEAT) is a self-administered questionnaire designed for parents to report their child's early life environmental exposures. It consists of approximately 260 questions organized into 10 different modules, with some questions being skipped based on responses to gateway questions, aiming to assess the role of environmental exposures during early life windows of susceptibility. ELEAT is primarily targeted at parents, particularly mothers, to help researchers understand the impact of environmental factors on conditions such as autism.
