6 Best AI Visibility Tools for Marketing Agencies
Your agency knows how to manage AI visibility. You’ve learned all the optimization tactics, you keep up with the news, and you deliver AI visibility wins for your clients.
But when it comes to reporting on AI visibility across multiple client accounts — with different industries, competitors, and reporting deadlines — you run into some pretty big hurdles.
Maybe you’ve ended up cobbling together workflows, duplicating setups across accounts, and manually compiling data in a format your clients can understand.
All of that takes a lot more time than you should be spending on your reporting. Reporting shouldn’t be such a slog!
To help you fix that slog, I’ve created a list of AI visibility tools that have helpful features for marketing agencies. I evaluated each one for how well it scales across accounts, how easy it is to surface client-ready insights, and whether it helps agencies make the case for AI visibility as a service in the first place.
What’s Essential in AI Visibility Tools for Marketing Agencies?
Your marketing agency needs an AI visibility tool that makes managing an entire client roster easier, faster, and more professional-looking.
You need:
- Multi-client tracking: At minimum, the tool needs to support multiple separate brand dashboards without conflating data across accounts. More practically, it needs enough prompt capacity to go around. If you're tracking 10 clients at 20 prompts each, a plan capped at 25 prompts total doesn't work.
- Client-facing reporting: Something like a visibility score that only makes sense inside the tool's own UI isn't useful in a client meeting. Look for platforms that either export clean reports directly or integrate with reporting tools like Looker Studio. White-label options matter here too, depending on how you present your reports.
- Scalable prompt limits: Prompt limits are the biggest constraint in this AI visibility tools for agencies. Check not just the plan ceiling but what happens when you exceed it — some platforms charge per-prompt overages that add up quickly when you have multiple clients.
Think about your unique agency and decide what your top features and needs are before you dive into the details about what each tool provides.
When you’re ready, let’s move on to the list.
6 Best AI Visibility Tools for Marketing Agencies
Here are the six top AI visibility tools for marketing agencies that I’ve chosen based on key agency-friendly features, pricing, reputation, and popularity.
| Tool | Agency Starting Price | Best For | Key Agency Feature |
| Semrush One | $248.17/month | Agencies wanting SEO + AI visibility in one platform | Semrush One Advanced supports up to 40 websites and 200 prompts |
| Profound | Custom Tailored Packages | Agencies managing high-volume prompt tracking | Dedicated Agency Mode with client workspaces + pitch environments |
| Peec AI | $245/month | Growing agencies that want predictable per-client pricing without paying extra for team access | Four pricing tiers by project count; unlimited users and client seats included across all plans |
| Writesonic GEO | $200/month | Agencies wanting monitoring + content optimization in one platform | Pitch projects with shareable audits; convert prospects to clients |
| Scrunch AI | $500/month | Agencies with clients across diverse verticals | All platforms included at one flat price — no per-model charges |
| Otterly.ai | $489/month | Boutique agencies adding AI visibility for the first time | White-label workspaces + branded client reports |
1. Semrush One
Best for: Agencies that already use Semrush for SEO, or those that want AI visibility and traditional search performance bundled in one place for one price.
Most agencies already pay for an SEO platform. Semrush is the only option on this list that lets you fold AI visibility tracking into that existing investment rather than adding a separate subscription on top of it.
Semrush’s AI Visibility Toolkit is awesome for brands, providing an affordable way to monitor and improve AI visibility across Google’s AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, and more.
For agencies, though, I’m recommending Semrush One.
Semrush One bundles the SEO toolkit with the AI Visibility Toolkit in three tiers, and the limits scale in a way that makes sense for client work:
- Starter: 5 websites, 50 prompts, 500 tracked keywords daily
- Pro+: 15 websites, 100 prompts, 1,500 tracked keywords daily
- Advanced: 40 websites, 200 prompts, 5,000 tracked keywords daily
Plus, I like the way Semrush makes it easy for multiple users to use the same account.
Each subuser you add to the account ($99 each) gets access to AI Analysis reports, Prompt Tracking, and their own separate Brand Performance reports. That means team members can each work within their own client set without the noise of each other's data, which makes so much sense for agencies with multiple account managers.
Inside the AI Visibility dashboard, the Competitor Research feature is a real differentiator from the other tools on this list.
You can benchmark any client's AI visibility directly against up to four named competitors, with a "Missing" filter that surfaces the prompts where competitors appear but your client doesn't. That gap list is an incredibly effective way to find new content ideas.
Here's a look at what the full AI Visibility Toolkit includes:
- Visibility Overview: An AI Visibility Score (0–100) that benchmarks any brand's overall presence across AI platforms, with monthly trend analysis and competitor activity — no manual setup required
- Competitor Research: Detailed gap analysis showing the prompts and source domains where competitors appear but your client doesn't
- Prompt Research: Discover what people are actually asking AI platforms in your client's industry, with AI volume scores and topic difficulty metrics — essentially keyword research for LLMs
- Brand Performance: Share of Voice, sentiment analysis, and the key narratives driving how AI platforms talk about your client's brand, with AI-generated strategic recommendations
- Prompt Tracking: Daily visibility tracking for specific high-value prompts, so you can measure the impact of content changes and catch sudden drops or upticks quickly
- AI Search Site Audit: Flags technical issues that might be blocking AI bots from crawling your client's content
And for agencies with large enterprise clients or complex multi-brand setups, Semrush Enterprise AIO (custom pricing) expands coverage to include Claude, Copilot, Grok, and DeepSeek, adds regional segmentation across eight markets, includes API access for custom reporting pipelines, and much more.
AI platforms tracked: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini
Starting price: Semrush One’s Starter plan is $165.17/month billed annually, but if you have more than 5 clients, you’ll need the Pro+ plan for $248.17/month billed annually

2. Profound
Best for: Larger agencies running AI visibility as a core service offering, or those managing enterprise clients who need multi-client workspaces and pitch-ready reporting.
Profound is an AI search visibility platform developed specifically for AI search. The platform processes over 100 million AI search prompts per month and is built to manage an agency workflow very well.
For agencies, Profound has a dedicated Agency Mode. Each client gets their own workspace with separate prompt tracking, share of voice data, and reporting, so you're not managing visibility data for a SaaS company and a retail brand in the same view.
The pitch workspace feature is also a big bonus: you can run a full AI visibility audit for a prospect, share the results as a client-facing report, and convert that workspace to an active account once they sign. That makes it a sales asset that can help you close new clients more easily — similar to the pitch environment Peec AI offers (which we’ll go over next), but with more depth on the reporting side.
There are two agency tiers. The Agency Growth plan starts at $99/month, which is an accessible entry point, but the limits are tight for active agency use: 20 prompts per brand, three platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews), and one language. For most agencies managing more than a handful of clients with real reporting needs, you'll hit those ceilings quickly and need to move to the Agency Enterprise plan — which is custom-priced and requires a sales conversation.
So, Profound fits best with agencies where AI visibility is already a defined service line with a good-sized budget attached — not for those who are still figuring out whether it makes sense to offer.
What Profound does better than almost anything else on this list is sheer platform depth at the enterprise tier. Coverage spans ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews in the Agency Growth plan, then adds Google AI Mode, Gemini, Copilot, Meta AI, Grok, DeepSeek, and Claude at the Enterprise level — ten platforms in total.
However, I’m sure the number of LLMs you can track at the Enterprise level depends on the number you pay for.
AI platforms tracked: ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews; more added in the Enterprise tier
Starting price: Custom (requires a sales conversation)
3. Peec AI
Best for: Mid-sized agencies managing multiple active clients who want tiered pricing that scales with their roster, and unlimited team seats at every level.
Peec AI's agency pricing is one of the more thoughtfully structured on this list. Instead of funneling all agencies into a single "Agency" plan, Peec offers four tiers built around project count and credit volume — so you're paying for what you actually need rather than a one-size-fits-all plan.
The Essential plan at $245/month supports 3 projects with 3 active pitch workspaces, while Growth at $495/month expands to 10 projects and 5 pitch workspaces. Scale at $795/month handles 25 projects with weekly tracking as an option, which is convenient for agencies with clients who need more frequent data.
All tiers also include unlimited users and unlimited client seats, which removes a cost variable that adds up quickly on most other platforms.
In the pitch workspace, you can run a full AI visibility audit for a prospect, share competitive benchmarking as a client-facing report, and convert that workspace directly into an active client account once they sign.
Platform coverage is solid across the board, too, but Peec runs on a credit model, and the more AI platforms you need to track, the more quickly you’ll use your credits and the less prompts you’ll be able to track across models. Also, credits are used across all of your clients.
One thing Peec lacks is any content generation or optimization capability. You'll still need a separate tool to act on what you find — unlike Semrush One, which pairs AI visibility tracking with an SEO toolkit in a single subscription.
AI platforms tracked: ChatGPT, AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Gemini; adds Claude, DeepSeek, Grok, GPT-5 Search at the Comprehensive (Custom) plan level
Starting price: $245/month (Essential)
4. Scrunch AI
Best for: Agencies managing clients across diverse verticals who want consistent platform coverage without managing per-model pricing.
Scrunch AI's agency pricing works differently from most tools on this list. The Agency Core plan at $500/month supports four AI platforms: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Microsoft Copilot. There are no per-platform add-ons to calculate, which makes budgeting across a client roster simpler.
That flat-pricing structure is great for when you're managing clients across different industries with different platform priorities. The trade-off, though, is that you're locked into those four platforms at the Core tier.
The bigger constraint to know upfront: with the Agency Core plan, you get just three brand workspaces. That won't get you very far if you have more than three active clients. The agency setup itself is nice — each client gets their own workspace with separate prompt tracking, share of voice metrics, sentiment analysis, and site audits — but the workspace cap means most agencies with a meaningful client roster will hit the ceiling quickly and need to move to the Enterprise plan.
Scrunch's Enterprise plan (custom pricing) vastly expands LLM coverage and removes the workspace constraints, but it requires working with their sales team to scope.
AI platforms tracked: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Microsoft Copilot; Enterprise adds Claude, Gemini, Meta AI, Grok, and Google AI Mode
Starting price: $500/month (Agency Core)
5. Writesonic GEO
Best for: Agencies that want AI visibility monitoring and content creation in one platform, or those who want a dedicated AI visibility pitch deck tool.
Writesonic is built to go beyond monitoring AI visibility. Instead, it's more focused on helping you do something about it. The platform combines AI search monitoring with a content creation and optimization suite, so when the tracking dashboard surfaces a prompt where a client's competitor appears but they don't, you can brief, draft, and publish content to close that gap without switching platforms.
However, note that you'll need the Agency Enterprise version in order to track AI visibility for your clients on an ongoing basis. The Agency Starter plan at $200/month is only for pitch projects — you run a full AI visibility audit for a prospect and get shareable results across nine AI platforms. If the client signs on and you want to convert your pitch project to a regular project, you'll pay an extra $150/month on a per-project basis.
The Agency Enterprise tier (contact the Writesonic sales team for pricing) unlocks white-label reporting, consolidated billing, pre-built statements of work, and the full Action Center, which turns visibility data into specific, prioritized content recommendations. That's a solid feature set, but the lack of public pricing at the tier where agencies actually need to live is a real friction point.
The honest caveat is that Writesonic started as an AI writing tool, and the platform still reflects that DNA. If your primary need is deep monitoring infrastructure (like sentiment analysis, prompt research at scale, and regional benchmarking), a dedicated monitoring tool will serve you better.
Writesonic wins in the integrated workflow from insight to execution, which genuinely reduces tool sprawl for agencies already paying for separate content tools.
AI platforms tracked: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Microsoft Copilot, Meta AI, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews (Agency Starter); adds Claude on Agency Enterprise
Starting price: $200/month (Agency Starter)
6. Otterly.ai
Best for: Agencies that want strong GEO audit volume and clean client reporting without a complex setup.
Otterly is pretty well-established in the agency AI visibility tool space — it's been recognized as a Gartner Cool Vendor and is used by a solid roster of marketing agencies.
The Premium plan at $489/month gives agencies 400 search prompts, unlimited workspaces, unlimited brand reports, Looker Studio integration, API and MCP access, and 10,000 GEO URL audits per month. That audit limit is genuinely high for the price point (higher than anything else on this list at a comparable tier) and makes Otterly a strong choice if content optimization is a core part of what you're delivering to your clients.
I'm also a fan of the multi-workspace setup that works cleanly for agencies — each client lives in its own workspace with separate tracking, reporting, and recommendations.
Unlimited brand reports means you can generate as many client-facing reports as you need without hitting a usage wall, which can be incredibly helpful when monthly reporting time comes around. Semrush One handles client reporting through its My Reports integration, which gives you more customization — but if what you need is volume and simplicity, Otterly's unlimited reports model is great.
Note that the base Premium plan tracks ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot. Google AI Mode and Gemini are available as paid add-ons, so you'll need to factor those in if your clients need broader platform coverage. At $489/month before add-ons, Otterly isn't the budget option it might initially appear — but for agencies where GEO auditing is a core deliverable, the 10,000 monthly URL audits could be the reason they go with Otterly.
AI platforms tracked: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot (base); Google AI Mode and Gemini as paid add-ons
Starting price: $489/month (Premium)
My Recommendation
For most agencies, Semrush One is the right choice. The combination of AI visibility tracking and suite of SEO tools in one subscription eliminates a separate tool entirely, and the multi-user account structure is perfect for how agencies work. It really is hard to beat.
But ultimately, the best AI visibility tool for your agency really depends on your client roster size, your budget, and how central AI visibility is to your service offering.
